National Lutheran Schools Week at the Children’s Learning Center

“Make a Joyful Noise!” | Psalm 98:4 | January 26–30

National Lutheran Schools Week is a special time for us at the Children’s Learning Center to celebrate who we are and why we exist: to joyfully share Jesus’ love with children and families. Rooted in Christ and grounded in grace, our school is more than a place of learning... It is a place where faith is nurtured, joy is lived out, and children are reminded daily that they are deeply loved by God.

Throughout the week, our students will celebrate the theme “Make a Joyful Noise!” through age-appropriate Bible lessons, worship, music, service, and fun dress-up days. Each day focuses on a different way we praise God:

  • finding joy in Jesus,

  • celebrating our faith out loud,

  • growing together in Christian community,

  • serving others with love, and

  • sharing God’s love with the world.

From joyful parades and classroom activities to serving others through a teddy bear donation drive and gathering as a school family, the week is designed to help children experience faith as something lived, shared, and celebrated.

How You Can Help

To make this week extra meaningful, we invite our church and school community to partner with us:

  • Week-of donations to help support special activities, treats, and celebrations for our students. Find info on the SignUpGenius below.

  • Student Bible Fund donations, which allow us to provide every child with their very own age-appropriate Bible; an investment that will support faith formation for years to come

Every gift, large or small, helps us point children to Jesus and equip families to continue faith conversations at home.

Thank you for supporting Christian education and for helping our students make a joyful noise for the Lord!
