Our goal is to offer a fun and safe program where children can grow in their faith and learn about Jesus and His love for them. There is no cost to attend VBS, but donations are always appreciated and help support this ministry.

**As much as we'd love to have space for every child to attend VBS, registration spots will be reserved on a first come, first served basis. The cap for Preschool is 30 students, and the cap for Elementary is 130 students.**

FAQs for Participants

At King of Kings, VBS is a whirlwind of fun packed with games, crafts, snacks, experiments, and epic adventures. Kids are sorted into crews roaming our campus, hopping from one exciting station to another, soaking up Jesus and His endless love in the coolest ways possible. One thing's for sure: You’ll leave feeling loved by God and by the people around you!

Aside from our Preschoolers, VBS crews are made up of mixed age groups. You’ll be teaming up with some kids who are your age, and some that may be older or younger!

Sure thing! If you sign up by May 1st, there's a spot on the registration form for your friend requests. We'll do our best to make it happen.

We believe every kiddo should join the VBS fun, no matter what! There's no fee to hop on board, but hey, if you're feeling generous, we won't say no to donations! Chip in at the event or on our website in advance: https://kingofkingsvbs.square.site/

Think: Comfortable and Cool. Get ready to dance, run, and have a blast! Your outfit should be laid-back. Want to rock the style at VBS? Score an awesome t-shirt by snagging one for purchase with your registration or by emailing DCE Kenzie (kbrown@kingofkingstx.org) but hurry, we have to order by May 17th! (You can even spread the love by donating a little extra so we can give a t-shirt to someone who otherwise wouldn’t get one!)

There’s a special spot on the registration form for you to list any allergic reactions or medical needs you may have. Safety first, folks! We’re all about creating a top-notch experience, so if you have a need, we will work with you to make accommodations.

Registration for our church and Preschool families will begin March 1, 2026. Community registration will open March 29, 2026. Follow this webpage to be the first to know when you can get in on the adventure!

You can register up ‘til the day of VBS! However, spots are filled on a first come, first served basis for our limited 20 preschooler and 130 elementary student spaces. We don’t recommend waiting too long! Keep an eye on our website to know when the sign-up window closes.

No worries at all! Just give us a heads-up as soon as possible so we can open up the spot for another kiddo.

FAQs for Volunteers

We offer Team Flex for flexible leaders who aren't available all day every day. But every minute you can spare is a treasure to us! Just choose "TEAM FLEX" and let us know when you're available on the registration form. You can also serve at pre-VBS check-in times or get crafty with decorations in advance!

We need all sorts of people at VBS! The most important thing to remember is that the Lord equips those with a willing heart. We do require a training for all volunteers, so we'll make sure you're ready to go. As long as you’re eager to learn and give it your all, you will be just fine! Promise.

Yes! We have roles for all types of personalities. From first aid helpers to preppers and organizers to tech crew, there’s a job for you!
