Mission of the Month
Where Faith Moves Beyond Our Walls
Each month, King of Kings highlights a Mission of the Month—partners in ministry who are sharing Christ’s love locally, nationally, and around the world.
Throughout the year, we:
- Give 2% of our general offerings to each selected mission
- Share their stories and updates with our congregation
- Participate in service projects, supply drives, and special giving opportunities
- Celebrate how God is at work beyond our walls
Each year, members of King of Kings nominate ministries they care about. Our Missions Committee reviews the nominations and selects 12 partners to support for the upcoming year. Nominations take place each September-October for the following calendar year, helping us prayerfully choose where God is calling us to join in His work next.
Why We Support Missions
We believe God’s love is always moving—across our neighborhoods and across the globe. Supporting a wide variety of ministries helps us see the bigger story of what God is doing and invites our church family to actively participate in it.
We invite you to pray for each of these ministries throughout the year and look for ways to support what God is doing through them.
