Terry Bloemker

Terry and his wife Karen have been members of King of Kings for 33 years, since June 1992, when they first joined with their three children after transferring membership from an Iowa LCMS church. He has served at King of Kings in various leadership roles including Elder, Stewardship Committee Chairman, Vice President and Congregational President on the Board of Directors. His other current roles include serving as a Worship Assistant and as a Life Group leader. Terry has a desire to promote worldwide mission ministries, advocating for two recent Mission of the Month missions - "Water Missions" and "Orphan Grain Train”.

Terry worked for Emerson Process Management in several capacities, being promoted to an Electronics Hardware Product Engineering Group Manager for several years before retiring in 2020 after 44 years of service. He enjoys camping, fishing, RC car racing, taking daily walks in the local parks and trails, and spending time with family whenever possible.
